My name is Jeff Heneghan, I am a strength, conditioning and personal trainer.
I work with men and women, teenagers to over fifty's, athletes and individuals to realise potential, achieve goals and establish sustainable behaviours that change lives for the better.

Jeff brings a professional, personal and performance focused approach to all his sessions. I had an ongoing problem with cramping.. about 45-60 minutes into any match my calves and my feet would cramp. For years on end have tried compression socks/strapping/hydration tablets/loading up on magnesium and potassium/ 2 pairs of socks etc. And nothing seemed to be giving any results. Just passed a comment to Jeff if he’d have any idea as he was leaving the gym and took 20 minutes to screen me through various exercises and techniques to see how my running stride was and whether I was activating muscle groups when running and that. Did various balance tests weighted/non-weighted and mobility exercises to try pinpoint the issue.. obviously it wasn’t resolved immediately. He then took it upon himself to do his own research and came back to me with a programme, targeting the muscles in the sole of the foot and other balance type work. The results have been fantastic and I haven’t cramped since. He’s constantly updating the programme based on my needs (ie load week/ de load week) and is available to be contacted at any time for questions or problems.. really happy with my progress so far. Would definitely recommend as he has a burning passion for not just training and the fitness side of things but helping people in general.
