TRAINING PRICES

Below you will see the prices of the packages of sessions I offer for 1-2-1 clients.

My in person training sessions include all aspects of health, fitness and performance. Session content will depend on your needs and individual goals as a client. You will not need to pay extra for any nutritional guidance, programming, administrative processes or materials I provide as they are included in my service charge. 

A minimum of 1 session a week is necessary unless an exception is mutually agreed upon. This is to ensure that you as a client received the best experience and support possible during your health, fitness and performance journey.
